Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has bought a property in Pune for Rs 7.5 crore. The handsome 4,248-square feet residence is situated within the premium Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar, a development by renowned real estate firm Panchshil Realty. The actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh with the registration taking place on March 5, 2024, according to documents by the real estate database platform Zapkey.
The property was leased out immediately, providing the actor with a rental income of INR 3.5 lakh per month. Given the lacklustre rental yields in most residential properties in India, Shroff’s five-year rental deal fetches him an attractive yield of over 5 per cent. The tenant is Cherise India Private Limited – a company involved in the business of beverages.
As of 2024, Tiger Shroff’s net worth is assessed at $11 million, equivalent to around Rs. 81 crore in Indian currency. His predominant income stream is derived from lucrative brand endorsements, where he commands an impressive fee ranging from 2 to 3 crore per endorsement. Notably, Tiger stands out as one of the most active figures in the film industry, boasting a packed schedule with a multitude of projects in the works.
Besides his recent property purchase, Tiger Shroff also owns a lavish residence in Mumbai. n addition to this recent acquisition, Shroff also owns a plush 8-BHK apartment in the Mumbai suburb of Khar. His residence in the luxe Rustomjee Paramount complex is pegged at a staggering Rs 35 crore.
In one of his interviews, he revealed that he had an urge to own a home that resonates with his hard work and success after seeing his parents selling their house in 2003 after production failure.
On the professional front, Tiger Shroff is currently looking forward to the release of his highly-anticipated Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Made under the creative direction of Ali Abbas Zafar, the film stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role along with Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, Sonakshi Sinha, and Prithviraj in pivotal roles.
