Understand the difference between normal anxiety and anxiety disorders

Anxiety:

Anxiety is referred to as an extreme fear towards someone, something, or a situation. Each deals with anxiety differently. Anxiety is both physical and mental. In either way, one feels drained out as they are constantly trying to figure out what got them there or how they can escape it. People tend to get anxious because of various issues, most importantly because of experiences or triggering situations. For instance, a person might have felt extreme pressure or was left traumatised by a problem. He/She experiences something similar they might tend to get anxious.

Normal anxiety VS Anxiety disorders

In this article let’s dive into the difference between General Anxiety and Normal Anxiety. In most cases people tend to believe feeling worried is feeling anxious. Usually worry pushes an individual to find out how to complete their duty or tasks allotted to them. Whereas an individual experiences anxiety attacks, and panic attacks when diagnosed with Extreme Anxiety.

For instance, if a person has suffered loss or has experienced a major change it is normal to feel overwhelmed and anxious. Unlike other psychological disorders, anxiety disorders could be suffered by an individual at any age. As anxiety is associated with a person’s life experiences. Normal anxiety or general anxiety is experienced by an individual as they need to meet a deadline, study for an exam, make a decision, and many more activities. Extreme anxiety is a result of triggers if a person experiences a previous traumatic instance or something associated with it. Extreme Anxiety is also a result of physical or hormonal changes. Individuals with extreme anxiety tend to fall short of breath, experience anxiety attacks, panic attacks, and many other physical and mental distress.

What causes Anxiety?

Stressors lead to anxiety disorders. The symptoms of anxiety are extreme fear, shortness of breath, Racing heart, restlessness, feeling overwhelmed, sweating, shouting, high blood pressure, sighing, hopelessness, insomnia, headaches, and the list goes on.
