To mark Father’s Day, Ira Khan shared a touching unseen video from her wedding, highlighting her father’s emotional performance. The video, shared on Instagram, captures Aamir Khan singing and sharing wisdom with his daughter. It offers an intimate glimpse into the bond between Ira and Aamir.

The four-minute video begins with Aamir welcoming guests at Ira’s sangeet evening, set in a beautifully decorated garden. He reflects on his daughter’s rapid growth and the valuable lessons he has learned from her, especially over the past three years. His emotional rendition of “Babul Ki Duayen Leti Ja” moved many, including Ira, to tears.

The video also showcases Aamir singing other songs such as “Phoolon Ka Taron Ka” and “Aa Chalke Tujhe” alongside Kiran Rao and their son Azad. These heartfelt performances highlight the close-knit family atmosphere at the wedding. Ira and Nupur’s Love Story

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare met during the COVID-19 lockdown and got engaged in November last year. They celebrated their union with a traditional Christian wedding in Udaipur, Rajasthan, on January 10, followed by a registered marriage at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on January 3. The couple then hosted a wedding reception on January 13 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).

The wedding reception saw Aamir Khan posing with his entire family, including the newlyweds, his son Junaid Khan, first wife Reena Dutta, nephew Imran Khan, sister Nikhat Khan, son Azad Rao Khan, and Nupur’s family. Despite his ex-wife Kiran Rao’s absence due to illness, the event was a grand celebration attended by several celebrities.
