Sun Pictures has released an exclusive behind-the-scenes (BTS) video of Dhanush directing his latest film, Raayan, which hit theaters on July 26. This release coincides with Dhanush’s birthday, adding to the celebrations.

The video offers fans a glimpse into the making of the film, highlighting Dhanush’s dual role as both director and lead actor. Raayan, which is both written and directed by Dhanush, marks his 50th acting role and his second directorial venture after Pa Paandi.

The Storyline of Raayan

Raayan follows the life of Kathavaraayan, also known as Raayan, portrayed by Dhanush. He is the eldest sibling caring for his two brothers. Manickam (Kalidas Jayaram) and Muthu (Sundeep Kishan), and their sister Durga (Dushara Vijayan). After being abandoned by their parents. The family lives in a small town in Tamil Nadu. Which is under the control of gangsters Sekar (SJ Suryah) and Saravanan.
