Stree 2’s superstar Rajkummar Rao has gifted his fans on his birthday by announcing the title of his other upcoming film. Rajkummar Rao celebrates his 40th birthday today, on 31st August. the new of the title announcement was already said by the makers on the previous day and today they have officially declared the title.
Rajkummar Rao is currently basking on the success of ‘Stree 2,’ the sequel to his 2018 hit Stree. Rajkumar Rao made the announcements on social media platforms through Instagram. He posted the first poster of the film with the title. The movie is titled ‘Maalik’ The actor captioned his post, “Maalik ki duniya mein aapka swagat hai. Shoot shuru ho chuka hai, jald hi mulaqat hogi.”
Rajkummar Rao is well-known for his comedy films and family dramas. Now ‘Maalik’ marks his first action film. the title comes with a tagline that says, “paida nai hue tho kya, ban tho sakte hai” The action thriller is directed by Pulkit and produced by kumar taurani’s Tips Films and Jay Shewakramani’s Northern Lights Films.
Additionally, he will star in ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ alongside Triptii Dimri and in Bachpan Ka Pyar with Vaani Kapoor.
