Kannda Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa Accused No.2 in Renukaswamy Murder Case

The Bengaluru cops have assertively filed a chargesheet against Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa for the murder of his fan Renukaswamy. Following his arrest in the case, Darshan remains in judicial custody until September 9. Along with a total of 17 individuals were arrested in connection to the crime.

The 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court in Bengaluru received a 3,991-page chargesheet on Wednesday. The chargesheet was against actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, Pavithra Gowda, and 15 other defendants in the Renukaswamy murder case.

The primary accused is Pavithra Gowda, while the second accused is Darshan Thoogudeepa. Kamakshipalya police submitted the chargesheet. It contains 231 witness statements, including three first-hand witness reports. It also includes testimony from 97 unaffiliated witnesses, 56 law enforcement officers, eight additional government officials, and 27 others who appeared before a magistrate. The chargesheet also contains eight reports from Hyderabad’s Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) and Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL).

In the Renukaswamy murder case, involving Kannada actor Darshan and his partner Pavithra Gowda, some startling new information has come to light. Gowda allegedly told a fan that she kicked him and told him he didn’t deserve to live. After he admitted guilt in front of her.

On Darshan’s orders the investigation is conducted by law enforcement which concluded that Renukaswamy was kidnapped and killed by a gang. It happend after the victim allegedly sent offensive messages to actor Pavithra Gowda. Over 200 pieces of evidence, including forensic reports and crime scene photographs, are collected and submitted in the chargesheet. CCTV footage and bloodstains found on Darshan’s clothing, as well as Pavithra Gowda’s footwear, further implicate their involvement in the murder.

The postmortem report of Renukaswamy details the brutal torture he endured, with multiple wounds, fractures, and bruising evident on his body. Darshan Thoogudeepa and Pavithra Gowda will undoubtedly face severe consequences for their role in Renukaswamy’s tragic death.
