In her recent interview, she talked about her first encounter with Rajkummar Rao. Patralekhaa found husband Rajkummar Rao ‘CREEPY.’
Before getting married in 2021, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa dated for a couple of years. The pair shares their support for one another on social media and sets goals for their relationship regularly. Patralekhaa has acknowledged that after seeing Rajkummar’s debut film, Love Sex Aur Dhokha, she was “scared” of him at first. She admitted that she thought he was “creepy.”

In a recent interview, Patralekhaa discussed her meeting Rajkummar Rao and their subsequent love affair with Humans of Bombay. She remembered seeing his debut movie, LSD, and then getting a call from a friend of hers who was enrolled at FTII. The actress revealed that her buddy had asked her to collaborate with Rajkummar on a music video.
Patralekhaa shared that she told her friend, “No, I am not coming because I think he is very, very creepy and I am scared.” She said that after her friend convinced her, she took her sister along to the shoot. Patralekhaa remembered making her sister sit between her and Rajkummar Rao. She stated, “They started chit-chatting and I was feeling all weird because he’s that creepy guy from that movie.” Further she revealed that she was pinching her sister to not talk to him.
She further recalled the conversation with her husband Rajkumar Rao. The actress said that she was narrating to him an advertisement she acted in. She continued, “The moment I said that I saw there was some shift. As the story goes, he had seen that particular ad and was like, ‘I want to marry this girl.’”
Patralekhaa revealed that throughout their time together filming the music video, she saw his love and enthusiasm for what he did. She claimed to have found it unusual and that she was unable to resist falling in love with him.
