Salaar 2 Updates : Prashanth Nell’s wife Likitha Reddy Neel took to Twitter account -X account and shared an exciting updates about Prabhas much anticipated sequel.

In a tweet, Likitha Reddy Neel revealed that tunnel fight in Salaar 2 will be more brutal than Kateramma fight in the prequel film, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire. Ever since her tweet came out hashtag salaar 2 is trending online.

According to a source Salaar 2 filming began on August 10, 2024 at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, and it is reported that filmmakers are using sets from the first film to maintain visual continuity.

Salaar : Part 1 Ceasefire was set in the fictional dystopian city-state of Khansaar, where monarchy still exists, the film follows the friendship between Deva (Prabhas), the exiled prince of Khansaar, and Varadha (Prithviraj), the current prince of Khansaar. When a ceasefire is planned by his father’s ministers and his relatives, Varadha depends on Deva to become Khansaar’s undisputed ruler.

The first film, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, was well-received by critics and audiences, grossing over Rs 700 crore worldwide.

Salaar was theatrically released on 22 December 2023, worldwide in standard and IMAX formats without any pre release events to positive reviews.
