Leo actress Trisha Krishnan all set to reunite with Ajith for the sixth time after Ji (2005), Kireedam (2007), Mankatha (2011), Yennai Arindhaal (2015) and Vidaamuyarchi. Tollywood actor Sunil announced his inclusion in the film on his social media accounts.

The action comedy film is directed by Adhik Ravichandran and is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar’s under Mythri Movie Makers with an estimated budget of Rs ₹270 crore and distributed by Phars Films and T-Series Films. It is reported that actor Ajith is charging ₹165 crore (US$20 million) as his remuneration.
The film music is composed by Tollywood music director Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography handled by Abinadhan Ramanujam and editing by Vijay Velukutty.
It is reported that Adhik Ravichandran directoriaial Good Bad Ugly is inspired by the 1966 Italian film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly directed by Sergio Leone.
Ajith’s action entertainer is all set to hit the theaters worldwide in January 2025, coinciding with the occasion of Pongal, in theatres in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
