According to media sources, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was questioned about his contacts, properties, bank accounts, and other possessions during the recent interview that happened in Lucknow. Furthermore, rumours have it that the authorities took his cell phone during the questioning in order to look through pictures, videos, and chat messages.

Due to the alleged production of products from crime and the suspected use of illegal cash for the organization of rave or recreational events, the YouTuber is currently involved in a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Elvish was one of the six individuals named in a formal complaint (FIR) that was made in November of last year. Since then, the case has been under investigation. The FIR claims that at a rave party in Noida, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 star and the other five individuals gave snake venom.
