Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur clashed with Animal in theatres. Sam Bahadur was expected to go down with the hype Animal had, but the film stood still for the content and garnered a decent amount on the opening day.
Sam Bahadur collected Rs 6.25 crores on its first day, with the film recording an uptick on the second day. Starting with positive talk, The film jumped almost 50 per cent on the second day, with a 9.25 crore collection on Saturday.
According to the latest reports, the total collection of the film stands at Rs 15.5 crore. In the Northern states, the occupancy was recorded at 46 percent, with Pune having the highest occupancy of 75%, followed by Chennai with 54 %.
