Director’s Perspective: Director Amar Kaushik recently shared his thoughts on the success of “Stree 2” and his journey with the franchise. In an interview with PTI, he revealed that he never imagined his debut film would be a horror-comedy. Initially, he had planned to debut with “Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga,” a film he later produced. “When ‘Stree’ released, it was my first film, and I was very nervous. I never wanted to start my career with a horror film; that was the last thing I thought I would make,” Kaushik said. He added that while editing “Stree,” he realized it was a unique film with no reference point, which made it even more special.
