On its day 3, the Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan starrer collects just Rs 2.25 crore. On its first day with the advantage of World Cinema Day the film collected ₹4.50 crore. By the second the the collections saw a drastic dip which led to nearly half of the first day’s collection which is Rs 2 crore. The overall collections of Siddanth Chaturvedi’s Yudhra stand at Rs 8.50 crore in the first weekend.
As per the reports Yudhra is made on a budget of Rs 50 crore. With such poor collections, it seems impossible to at least collect the budget of the film. Yudhra is facing tough competition from Major Hit Stree 2 which shattered all records by becoming the Highest-grossing film ever beating Animal and Japan. It also faces competition with most anticipated re-release Tumbbad. This folklore is riding high on sucess which collected double the initial lifetime run. Malavika said that she understands that intimacy scenes are the difficult scenes to navigate, but the coordinators on the set made the process more manageable. Malavika said, “We were against the waves, completely drenched, and it was freezing! The last thing on our minds was kissing.” She also mentioned the fun they had behind the scenes. The actress also praised her co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi for his dedication and his fabulous energy while performing the action scenes. She said, “I’ve seen him do 10–15 moves in one shot in a single go.”
