BLACKPINK’s Jennie
Blackpink’s Jennie is set to make a solo comeback after almost a year. Her agency, OA- ODD ATALIER Entertainment, and Columbia Records join hands for the project.
It is reported that Jennie is ready for a comeback in October. The K-pop idol’s agency, OA has as officially confirmed she will be dropping a new solo single next month in partnership with Columbia Records.
The renowed K-pop idol did team up with a few artists in the time being, including American rapper Matt Champion of Brockhampton for Slow Motion and South Korean rapper Zico for Spot. The song Spot! was a hit in South Korea and marked Jennie’s second chart topping single.
Jennie has grown a lot as an artist since her debut as a band member of the renowned girl group Blackpink.
After the group’s infamous disbandment in 2023, it is reported that all the members of Blackpink are focus on their individual careers and launched their own agencies.
Jennie launched her agency company, OA Entertainment, on December 24, 2023 to support emerging young solo k-pop idols worldwide.
While other members also ventured into their respective careers. Lisa and Jisoo also established their companies, LLOUD and BLISSOO, respectively. However, Rose signed with The Black Label.
The K-pop idol’s agency, OA also made an official confirmation on their social media accounts.
