Maniesh Paul is an Indian actor, comedian, model, singer, and television anchor who works in Bollywood. He began his career as an RJ and VJ before switching to acting and then stand-up comedy and hosting. In 2013’s Mickey Virus, he made his acting debut.
The Jio Cinema online series Rafuchakkar will be Maniesh Paul’s first foray into the OTT space. Maniesh Paul, Priya Bapat, and other actors star in the Ritam Shrivastava-directed film Rafuchakkar. In the show, Maniesh portrays a con man while sporting five various looks. Maniesh Paul is seen changing into many personas for the character, from a man with a distinguishing mustache and a turban to a classy and sassy man with grey hair and a beard.
Maniesh Paul pushed himself to show other sides of his talent in his OTT debut, Rafuchakkar, following an impactful and stunning performance in Jugjugg Jeeyo last year that resulted in a string of prizes for the actor. Maniesh Paul, who is renowned for his natural wit and spontaneity, has already dazzled audiences with his comic timing on film. However, Rafuchakkar goes further into the actor’s acting prowess, uncovering the intense and diverse performance within him.
