Netflix bought Godfather for 57Crs

GodFather, starring megastars Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan, is one of the most anticipated movies. Directed by Mohan Raja, the film will hit theatres on October 5, on the occasion of Dussera. Made on a large scale, the film also stars several famous actors. Ahead of the film’s release, marking the starting of promotions, on September 20, Megastar Chiranjeevi himself posted a dialogue from GodFather on his Twitter. This clip went viral on all platforms.

GodFather’s non-theatrical rights earn its creator vast sums of money. According to a source close to the production team, the film’s digital rights (OTT) to Telugu and Hindi have been secured by streaming giant Netflix for 57 Crores. The theatrical operation of the film is also carried out for most territories, and similar numbers will be revealed soon.

The group plans to promote non-stop as the release date is fast approaching. Co-produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films, GodFather will be released in Telugu and Hindi simultaneously.
