He also paid a stamp duty of Rs 58 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the transaction.

Located in the Bella Vista Apartments in Pali Hill, Aamir Khan’s new acquisition adds to his existing holdings in the complex, where he reportedly already owns nine out of the 24 units. Additionally, Khan owns units in the nearby Marina Apartments building. This latest purchase spans approximately 1,027 square feet, further expanding his significant presence in this posh area of Mumbai.
