Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting the 16th season of the popular quiz show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (KBC). He was last seen in the film “Kalki 2898 AD,” directed by Nag Ashwin. This post-apocalyptic film, inspired by Hindu scriptures, features an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani. The film is a mythology-inspired sci-fi extravaganza set in the future.

In addition to KBC and “Kalki 2898 AD,” Bachchan is busy shooting for “Vettaiyan,” a film that also stars Rajinikanth. Scheduled for release in October, the film features a stellar cast including Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, and Dushara Vijayan, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
