Audiences won over ‘Cobra’

Chiyaan Vikram’s Cobra was released yedterday in theatres across the nation. The Tamil film was also dubbed to Telugu. The film’s runtime has come around a little more than three hours.

On the other hand, the audience also got used to movies with runtimes which are less than 2 and half hours. It seems like so many people also suggested Vikram to cut short the film for 30 minutes but it seems like Vikram is super confident about the film and is not at all interested in trimming the movie.

But, many advised the makers to cut down the runtime but the makers went ahead with the original cut. After the first day, many opined that the film needs to have a less runtime. So, the audiences finally won over the film unit as they reduced the runtime.

“Any movie is a form of entertainment specifically curated to cheer audiences and make them enjoy the cinematic experience. It is of great happiness to the team if content delivered is worth the audience time and ticket money. We heard you. Cobra is now Trimmed by 20 Mins as suggested by film-goers, fans, media friends, distributors & exhibitors. Will be updated from this evening in all the screens,” the producers confirmed.
