Previously it was reported that he will be finalizing the story for Brahmastra part 2 by the year end and will soon commence the shoot.
Recently, Ranbir Kapoor in an appearance stated, ” Ayan recently narrated the script for Part 2 last week and I can say he has gone 10 times bigger than Part 1 with his ideas.” Ranbir then took to state, ” Brahmastra 2 is still in writing, as Ayan is simultaneously working on the sequel of War.”
Brahmastra 2 was reported to hit the theatres in 2026 followed by Brahmastra 3 in 2027, but Ranbir claimed that the team plans on having quick wrap plans for War 2, so that they can begin shooting for Brahmastra 2 and bring it to the theatres by the end of 2025.
Ayan Mukerji is currently filming for War 2 starring Junior NTR and Hrithik Roshan in lead roles. The Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji made many hit films like Yeh Jawaani hain Deewani, Wake up Sid and the list goes on. He is often appreciated by the netizens for his conventional films.
