Ben Affleck Moves Out of Shared Mansion Amid Marriage Troubles

Raising eyebrows about the status of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck recently moved out of their shared $60 million Beverly Hills mansion. The actor has reportedly relocated to a rental house in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, sparking rumors of a rough patch in his marriage.

Jennifer Garner’s Visit Raises Questions

Jennifer Garner, Affleck’s ex-wife, was recently seen visiting his new residence in Brentwood. The former couple, married from 2005 to 2018, share three children: Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12. Garner was spotted stepping out of her stylish BMW i7 over the weekend, dressed casually in a black hoodie and bottoms, without makeup. Her visit was described as a thoughtful gesture amid Affleck and Lopez’s reported marital issues.

Affleck’s move to Brentwood, close to Garner, has fueled speculation about his relationship with Lopez. TMZ reported that Affleck was seen without his wedding ring at his child’s recital, adding to the rumors of a potential split. The move to a neighborhood close to his ex-wife suggests a desire to remain close to his children and maintain a cordial relationship with Garner.

Co-Parenting and Public Appearances

Despite the rumors, Affleck and Lopez have been seen co-parenting their children with Garner. The trio was recently spotted together at their youngest daughter’s school play, indicating a friendly bond. However, Affleck’s absence from the Met Gala, which Lopez co-chaired, has further fueled the speculation. Initially reported to be away shooting for “Accountant 2,” Affleck’s absence has since been linked to the alleged troubles in their marriage.

Multiple sources have indicated that Affleck and Lopez are facing significant challenges in their marriage. A source told InTouch magazine, “The writing is on the wall – it’s over. They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame! They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”
