BTS Jimin hit number one in Billboard HOT 100

We are simply residing in Jimin’s universe. Jimin, a member of BTS, made history when his song “Like Crazy” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He is the lead singer and primary dancer of the South Korean group and has made a strong case for himself as an all-around performer. The album FACE is also his first solo musical venture.

In addition to being the first member of his group to hold the position, he is also the first Korean soloist to ever accomplish so, breaking a record in the process.

Like Crazy,’ the lead track from Jimin’s solo debut album ‘FACE,’ reportedly made history by topping the most recent Billboard Hot100 chart, which was announced on April 8, 2023. Following bandmates J-Hope, Jin, and RM, Jimin made his solo debut with the album’s five songs on March 24. Jimin released a pre-release single, “Set Me Free Pt.2,” which debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at No. 30, ahead of the album’s official release.

Jimin’s album “FACE” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, which measures album sales, just one day earlier. With this debut, Jimin has quickly established himself as a power performer, solidifying his position in the music industry not only in South Korea but also internationally. Another enormous stride has been taken in the singer’s career with this Hot100 debut. With “Set Me Free Pt.2,” he had previously peaked at Nos. 5 and 8 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and Global 200 charts.
