BTS Star J-Hope Buys Two Luxurious Apartments In Seoul

BTS star J-Hope has recently made headlines by significantly expanding his real estate investments. According to various South Korean media outlets, he has purchased two luxury apartments in Seoul, reflecting his growing portfolio.

The first acquisition is a penthouse located in the prestigious Afer Hangang apartment complex. Which he acquired for a notable 12 billion KRW (approximately Rs. 75 crore) in cash. Shortly after, he bought an additional unit directly below the penthouse for about 10 billion KRW (approximately Rs. 62 crore). Combined, these transactions are valued at approximately Rs. 1,377 crore, marking a substantial investment in high-end real estate.

Details of J-Hope’s New Properties

J-Hope finalized the ownership transfer for these properties in June of this year, opting to make these purchases without taking on any loans. The penthouse spans 273.86 square meters and features three rooms and four bathrooms, offering ample space and luxury. The apartment directly below it covers 232.86 square meters and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all situated on a single floor. These latest additions enhance J-Hope’s impressive real estate portfolio, which now includes four high-end properties—two in the Afer Hangang complex and two in the Trimage development.

BTS Fans Celebrate J-Hope’s Success and Humility

The news of J-Hope’s recent property acquisitions has been met with enthusiastic support from BTS fans. Admirers have lauded his achievements, praising his humility and dedication.
