Chiru Don’t Want to Act in SSR’s Film!

Right at this moment, any star throughout India will say yes if SS Rajamouli asks them to star in their film. The success SSR has and the reach his movies get is always tempting to stars to be a part of his magnum opuses. Well, seems not all stars are like this. Tollywood’s own Megastar Chiranjeevi himself has openly stated in an interview that he is not into any thoughts of acting in Jakkanna’s film. Although it’s partly on a funnier note, there is a hint of truth to it as well. First of all, if we see what Chiru has said.

“Rajamouli is a great director. There is no second thought about it. He brought the Indian film industry’s fame to the international stage. I like him so much yet I don’t have an interest in starring in his films. I don’t even know if I can deliver the output he demands from an actor. Moreover, he takes a lot of time to make a film. He generally travels at least three to four years with a film while on the other hand, I’ve been doing four films at a time. So, I don’t have the interest of working with him or becoming known as a pan-Indian star” said Chiru albeit in a rather figurative way.

The main reason behind Chiru’s fears could be that he is already at 67 years of age and he has already lost 10 precious years of his cine career to politics. If he agrees to a Rajamouli movie at all, probably Megastar would move to his 70s as that film’s shoot completes. Megastar definitely won’t want to lose these years in which he can make at least 8 or 9 films. Age is not the star’s side which means he can not spare the time like Prabhas or jr Ntr, opines the cine experts.
