Ever since Chiru became a Megastar from being a Supreme Hero, countless fans were inspired by him. A few tens of them came to the movies to try their luck. A handful of stars were made from them. The list includes Srikanth, Ravi Teja, Suni, Nani, VV Vinayak etc. Even megastar’s own family members, 11 to precise, are in the cine field too. But, never ever did Chiru give them so much elevation as he is currently doing to the small-time hero Satyadev Kancharana. The latter has made just a handful of films to date and none were any blockbusters, yet, Chiru is promoting Satya very heavily. Even for his own family members, he never gave this hype. This is currently baffling a lot of cinephiles and observers.
The megastar has been very appreciative of Satyadev even when the actor was just a few films old. Chiru personally called Satya to his house and met with him. In his last film Acharya, he gave Satyadev a key role in the flashback as the father of Ram Charan. Now, in Godfather, Satya was roped in for the antagonist role, which is huge, considering it is the Megastar’s film. In an interview that was done with anchor Srimukhi on a private flight, Chiranjeevi gave the statement that Satyadev will make him proud. Cine observers are puzzled on why should megastar be proud of Satya’s acting or performance since he is just an actor like everyone else in the film and there are numerous actors who will be portraying key roles to perfection. Again in the pre-release event too, he called Satyadev who is standing somewhere back, to him and gave an elevational speech about him. He even held the hand of Satyadev and lifted it up as if its some kind of promotional event for Satyadev. Well, there is no dearth of talent in Satya, but why this special and mysterious affection is being displayed by Chiru on him has become the topic of discussion in Tollywood.
