According to a report, the sequel’s production is gearing up to take place in Punjab starting this month. After an initial shooting schedule in Mumbai, Ajay Devgn had to temporarily leave for the UK to shoot for Son Of Sardar 2. Now, Ajay, Rakul, and Madhavan will head to Punjab for the next phase of filming before returning to Mumbai in October.
The Punjab schedule is anticipated to kick off around mid-September and is expected to last approximately 15-20 days. The film’s makers are aiming to complete the shooting by the end of 2024, ensuring a thorough post-production process. De De Pyaar De 2 is tentatively slated for release on May 1, 2025. In this sequel, R Madhavan is set to play Ajay Devgn’s father. Despite their characters having a contentious relationship. The interactions between the two are expected to be filled with humor rather than conflict.
