Touted as India’s most expensive film to date, “Kalki 2898 AD” was made on an approximate budget of $72 million.
The movie’s trailer offers a glimpse into its intriguing story. Set in the year 2898 AD, the narrative revolves around a dystopian city called Complex, which harbors all the resources amidst the world’s evils. As the end of Kali Yuga approaches, Ashwatthama emerges from his centuries-long meditation. Prabhas portrays Bhairava, a mercenary, while Deepika Padukone’s character remains shrouded in mystery. Amidst the battles, the appearance of Kali is anticipated.
On the occasion of Disha Patani’s 32nd birthday, the makers unveiled a new poster featuring her character, Roxie. “Kalki 2898 AD” is slated for release in theaters on June 27, 2024.
Welcome To The Jungle
“Welcome To The Jungle” is the third installment in the popular “Welcome” film franchise. Known for featuring ensemble casts, the third film continues this tradition. Besides Disha Patani, the movie will also star Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, and more, totaling around 24 actors.
