Pushpa 2 Climax Shooting Begins

After overcoming technical issues that caused unforeseen delays, director Sukumar, Allu Arjun, and the crew have resumed production for the climax scenes of Pushpa 2. The team shared this update on social media through the film’s official handles and Mythri Movie Makers’ accounts. They revealed, “Shoot Update: #Pushpa2TheRule is currently shooting a spectacular action episode for the climax. Grand release worldwide on 6th DEC 2024,” along with a sneak peek of the much-anticipated temple fight sequence.

Two Climax Scenes

Reports suggest that Pushpa 2 might feature two different climax scenes. According to Gulte, director Sukumar and his team are considering filming two versions of the climax to prevent spoilers from leaking the ending. Additionally, there are speculations that Pushpa 2 will include a tail-end sequence that sets the stage for a third installment, Pushpa 3. However, the film’s makers have yet to confirm these reports.

Cast and Crew

Allu Arjun will reprise his role as Pushpa Raj, the beloved smuggler, in this second installment. Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna will also return, playing the antagonist and the female lead, respectively. The supporting cast remains intact under Sukumar’s direction. Devi Sri Prasad is responsible for the film’s music and original score. The post-theatrical OTT rights have been acquired by Netflix.
