Dulquar Salman is basking in the success of his latest blockbuster Sita Ramam. Helmed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the film stood as an epic film in all the languages it released. The film has Mrunal Thakur playing the Sita role, and then Rashmika Mandanna, Sumanth, Bhumika playing the crucial roles.
After Sita Ramam, actor Dulquer Salmaan is back in Bollywood with a psychological thriller titled Chup: Revenge Of The Artist. During the promotional interview for this film, the actor made surprising comments regarding a hike in remuneration. While many actors hike their remuneration after scoring a blockbuster, Dulquar said he is entirely opposed to it.
Talking about his key learning from his ups and downs in his career, DQ said, “ Even if a film is a massive blockbuster, I don’t go like, ‘Oh my god! I’ve made it! I’m a superstar now.’ I never use it to up my price or the budget of my next films or go around asking my directors and producers to give me a superhero-type of an entry in the introduction scene of my upcoming projects.”
With such a statement from DQ, many are praising him for his ground to earth attitude.
