On the other hand, on the next half of the day, Vijay fans started targeting Mahesh Babu.
While hashtags like “Boycott Lesbian Vijay” and “National Troll Material Vijay” has been trending because of Mahesh fans, Vijay fans are sharing cringe-worthy tweets with hashtags like ‘Boycott Gay Mahesh Babu”.
Though the reason that irked Mahesh Babu fans to start this social media war all of a sudden on Vijay is not clear, it seems some of Mahesh fans are upset with Vijay remaking Mahesh’s Telugu movies like Pokkiri and Okkadu in Tamil. And it’s the reason for their abusive tweets.
For the unversed, Mahesh Pokkiri was remade in Tamil with the same name by Vijay. Also Okaddu was remade in Tamil as Ghilli, again with Vijay in the lead. Whatever the reason might be, netizens are commenting on Mahesh and Vijay fans that the fight is turning out ugly with abusive tweets.
