F3- complete comedy entertainer!

Anil Ravipudi’s directorial F3 is picking up by the minute. Though the first morning’s talk was just average, the film gradually picked up, credit to the mouth publicity. Even the reviewers noted that there is no logic in the movie, and one has to put one’s brain at home and come to watch this movie. As the director, Anil himself, stated, no logic. The only magic is happening at the F3 theatres. Families are rushing to have two and a half hours of fun. As the recent trend with Jathirathnalu, DJ Tillu suggests, audiences these days are not looking for logic. Logic in a movie intended just for comedy. They expect to be tackled in the theatres and are ready to spend their bucks on a good comedy entertainer.

With or without logic, it’s not at all easy to make a comedy movie, alone a pure comedy film. Anil Ravipudi has been excellent in producing comedy scenes one after another. In today’s movie world of Rajamouli’s, Shankar’s, and Neel’s, there is a need for someone like Ravipudi. Earlier, the Telugu Film industry had a plethora of directors who used to make dozens of comedy movies every year collectively. The comedy genre has reached heights in the era of SV Krishna Reddy, EVV Satyanarayana, or Jandhyala. That’s why no other film industry in India had so many comedians as Tollywood. Now, it’s time again to bring back the completely clean comedy entertainers into theatres, and F3 has proved that.

In the Telugu states alone, the movie has grossed Rs 18.77 crores in two days, said the trade sources. If the trend continues, the film might cross the Rs 20 crores gross for three days. Even overseas, it’s nearing the one million dollar mark.
