Aishwarya Rajnikanth is an Indian director of Tamil films. She is the elder daughter of superstar Rajnikanth. She made her directorial with ‘3’ starring actors Dhanush and Shruthi Hassan in the main leads.
The movie was anticipated before its release after the release of the song “Why This Kolaveri Di” from its soundtrack went viral and became an internet phenomenon. She gave films like Vai Raja Vai, Cinema Veeran, Ayirathi Oruval, and Whistle.
Aishwarya is currently working on ‘Laal Salaam’ which stars Vishnu Vishal, Vikrant, and Rajnikanth. Officially Rajnikanth is going to have a special appearance with a key role in the movie. The movie is produced by A. Subaskaran Creations and Lyca Productions
The filmmaker took to social media to announce the wrap of its first scheduled shoot in Pondicherry after 34 days on Sunday 9 April. In the first video, she wrote “34 days and it’s a wrap this schedule my fam! Thank you all for making this happen..and to you more than anyone else @vishnu_rangasamy_dop we are here to stay … ! #lalsalaam #thankfulgratefulblessed”
She posted the same video again and wrote “Our life for the past 34 days here … thank you ! With all our noise and voice ! #happinessbychoice”.
The team is planning to release the movie by October 2023.
