Furiosa : A Mad Max Saga trailer
Finally, warner Bro has unveiled Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth’s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’s action trailer, previewing the upcoming prequel to the legendary 2015 film Mad Max: Fury Road.
The much-anticipated action prequel is once again directed by George Miller and will star Anya Taylor-Joy as Imperator Furiosa alongside Chris Hemsworth. In addition to Taylor-Joy and Hemsworth, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga also stars Tom Burke, Alyla Browne, Quaden Bayles, Daniel Webber, and Lachy Hulme.
From the dramatic black-and-white scene of a child Furiosa snatching an apple that brings everything to life to her shaving her head to look like the adult version of the character played by Charlize Theron, we get a strong sense of the title character’s genesis story here.
The film follows young Furiosa, who was taken from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus,” according to the blurb. “While sweeping across the Wasteland, they stumble upon the citadel ruled over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants battle for power, Furiosa must endure numerous challenges as she gathers the resources to return home.”
When Furiosa arrives in theaters on May 24, 2024, it will serve as a direct prequel to 2015’s Mad Max: Fury Road. The trailer rompies a roller coaster ride into the desert.
