Megastar’s Godfather teaser is out on August 21st, one day ahead of Chiru’s birthday. Best thing is that Chiru looks more menacing than ever in the film.
The one and a half minute teaser portrays how the GodFather (Chiranjeevi) is a ruler figure wherever he sets foot and no one can ignore his undeniable swagger.
The teaser started with a backgrounder on how the God Father’s whereabouts were not known to anyone for almost twenty years but he came back into the scene six years ago.
Later, the teaser progresses as few are happy with his return, while few people don’t want to see him again. Also, Nayanthara’s character is introduced as the officer who hates him, while Satya Dev who is the chief minister of the state commands his officials to eliminate him.
Chiranjeevi’s face is finally revealed with high BGM and as he beats up thugs and uses them for sitting stools. Then comes the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Best thing is that each and every sequence in the teaser is loaded with elevations.
The major highlight in the teaser is definitely the last scene where Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan come together in a jeep.
All in all, the teaser promised a blockbuster for Chiru fans. Director Mohan Raja utilized all the resources proficiently, which is clearly evident in the teaser. The film is slated to release on October 5th, 2022.
