Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger, has been making the right noise ever since its inception. Although the film failed to impress the audiences, Vijay Deverakonda’s acting as an MMA boxer and Ramya Krishna’s mass avatar as Balamani totally grabbed the audience’s attention.
Apart from Ramya Krishna, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, and Boxer Mike Tyson also played a cameo role in the film. Well, with this bunch of star-studded cast, one must have surely wondered about the cost of the film and the remuneration of the actors. Mainly, speculations are rife about the Ramya Krishna’s remuneration.
As per the trusted reports, while Vijay Deverakonda received Rs 35 Crore and Ananya Panday got paid Rs 3 Crore, it is said that Ramya Krishnan received Rs 1 and half Crore as her remuneration.
To be honest, this is the highest pay for any character artist. Even the Tollywood leading heroines are charging around 1 crore, while Ramya Krishna made everyone stunned by bagging remuneration equal to present star heroines. It is heard that she hiked his fees for Liger considering its pan-India appeal and also as she scored Pan-India craze with Baahubali.
Coming to the Liger film, in association with Puri Connects, Liger has been produced jointly by Bollywood’s leading production house Dharma Productions. Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta together have bankrolled the film.
