After five year of shooting, finally the magnum opus Brahmastra Part One : Shiva is all set for the theatrical release this September. Marking this release, makers of the movie released the trailer of the film on June 15. This trailer has been creating a massive buzz across India as fans have praised its VFX and visuals.
Interestingly, even before the film’s release, many speculations regarding the second part of the film are doing rounds in social media, just with the trailer points. Nowz the latest news is that Ayan has elated the expectations on the second part by saying that there will be a new character ‘MahaDev’ introduced in Part 2.
Following this exciting news, as per the grapevine in the industry, Deepika Padukone is locked for the Parvati role in the second part. However, it is said that the Parvati role will be introduced in part 1 itself and the role will be a cameo, making an entry at the climax of Brahmastra that will eventually take the film into the second part.
The film’s close sources also stated that the
Part 1 plot line will revolve around the characters Shiva and Isha, the other names of MahaDev and Parvati. As per this, all the characters will be interlinked with one another and this will be the ever-seen director Ayan’s cinematic universe, related to the Indian mythology.
Bankrolled by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures, Brahmastra Part One : Shiva is all set to release in theatres on September 9 in five languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The film has a stellar cast of Nagarjuna, Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy in important roles.
