For many months, many media reports hinted at Sai Pallavi’s presence in Pushpa 2 for a key role. Meanwhile, a lot of reports since morning stated that Sai Pallavi joined the sets of Pushpa 2 yesterday. Given the mounting curiosity around the sequel, this news of the presence of the actress added further credibility to the star lineup of the film which also comprises trending actress Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Rao Ramesh.
A few sources also stated that the actress has allocated 10 days to shoot. She is believed to be playing the role of a tribal girl in the much-awaited film. However, as per the inside sources, it looks like these were all rumors.
Sai Pallavi was last seen in the critically acclaimed films Virata Parvam and the last blockbuster Gargi.
Besides Sai Pallavi, the coming Pushpa, the film bagged a whooping pre-release business of around Rs.1000 crores which is creating waves in film circles. However, there is no official confirmation of this news. Pushpa – The Rise grossed nearly Rs 400 crore worldwide in three weeks and became one of the highest-grossing films of 2021.
