Janhvi Kapoor Dismisses Marriage Rumours

During the interview, Janhvi expressed amusement and disbelief over the recent reports predicting her marriage. She clarified, “I read something very stupid just recently where they said that I have confirmed some relationship aur meri shadi hone wali hai (that I am going to get married soon). People mixed up 2-3 articles saying I am getting married. They are getting me married in a week which I am not okay with (laughs). I want to work at the moment.” Janhvi emphasized that her current focus is on her career rather than tying the knot.

This isn’t the first time Janhvi has had to address rumours about her relationship. Earlier this month, a paparazzi page on Instagram claimed that Janhvi would marry Shikhar Pahariya in Tirupati Temple, wearing a gold saree. Janhvi humorously shut down the rumours with a comment, “Kuch bhi (What even),” which elicited a lot of laughter from her fans.

Janhvi previously opened up about her relationship status during her appearance on the latest season of “Koffee with Karan.” When host Karan Johar asked about the three people on her speed dial list, Janhvi mentioned, “Papa, Khushu, and Shik..,” before getting embarrassed and going “oooo.” Her reaction further fueled the speculations about her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya. The two are often spotted visiting Tirupati temple together, hinting at a close bond that has been the subject of media attention for a few years.
