Agra is one of the few Indian movies screened at Directors Fortnight Theatre Croisette at the world’s prestigious 76th Cannes Film Festival, in France. It is one of the three Indian movies which got the opportunity to be screened at the prestigious Director’s Fortnight Theater.
The movie is directed by Kanu Behl who directed Titli which was also screened at Cannes 2014 and won many international awards as best debutant director. He co-wrote the story of Agra with Atika Chauhan and François-Xavier Durandy. Such a proud moment for the director Kaun Behl and the entire team of Agra as they are representing Indian cinema. Indian Film Industry is at a good pace.
It is a story of a family and an exploration of space in an increasingly crowded world. It follows the quest for a sexual Odyssey of an individual. The ensemble cast includes Mohit Agarwal, Priyanka Bose, Ruhani Sharma, sonal kha, Anchal Goswami and Vibha Chhiber. Agra premiers on May 29, 2023.
