Kartik Aaryan Rejects Fairness Cream and Pan-Masala Ads

Kartik Aaryan, who has achieved stardom over his 15-year career in the Hindi film industry, recently spoke about his discomfort with endorsing certain products, specifically fairness creams and pan-masala brands. In an interview with The Lallantop, the actor revealed that he feels these endorsements are ‘wrong’ and has made a conscious decision to reject them.

Aaryan recounted an experience where he did not renew his contract for a fairness brand after endorsing it briefly. “I did an ad for a face cream a long time ago but then I stopped it. I was not convinced with it. I did not renew it because then I understood that it could be wrong,” he shared. The actor also mentioned rejecting offers from supari and pan masala brands, saying, “I don’t relate to those things. And I try that as long as I can, I refuse these things. I can’t say who is right or wrong, everyone has their own way of thinking. But this doesn’t fit my plans.”
