Kartik Aaryan Steps Out for Chandu Champion Promotions

Kartik Aaryan, born Kartik Tiwari on November 22, 1990, in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is an Indian actor who primarily works in Hindi films. While pursuing an engineering degree in biotechnology at D. Y. Patil College of Engineering in Navi Mumbai, Kartik secretly harbored ambitions of becoming an actor. He juggled his studies with auditions, traveling for hours to attend them.

His acting journey began with Luv Ranjan’s buddy film “Pyaar Ka Punchnama” (2011), where he portrayed the romantic tribulations faced by young men. Although his initial films like “Akaash Vani” (2013) and “Kaanchi” (2014) didn’t propel his career, Kartik found commercial success in Ranjan’s comedies “Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2” (2015) and “Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety” (2018), with the latter serving as his breakthrough film.

“Chandu Champion” Promotions

Kartik Aaryan’s upcoming release, “Chandu Champion,” is a biopic inspired by the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. The film traces Kartik’s transformation from a young man to a soldier, boxer, and ultimately, a survivor. The trailer, launched at Captain Roop Singh Stadium in Gwalior (Kartik’s hometown), promises emotional moments, intense action, and an epic war sequence. Kartik’s commitment shines through as he portrays Chandu Champion’s extraordinary journey, refusing to give up.

Kartik Aaryan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Apart from “Chandu Champion,” Kartik Aaryan is currently shooting for “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.” The film also features Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan. Interestingly, Kartik and Triptii have reportedly signed another film together. Producer Bhushan Kumar clarified that it’s not “Aashiqui 3,” but rather a different romantic movie directed by Anurag Basu. The team aims to start filming in July, and Kartik and Triptii are part of this exciting project.

Kartik Aaryan’s journey from engineering student to Bollywood star has been marked by hits, breakthroughs, and diverse roles. Chandu Champion is inspired by the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. The film follows Kartik Aaryan’s transformation from a young guy to a soldier, boxer and, finally, a survivor.
