Mammootty used his official social media handle to reveal the release date of his upcoming horror film, Bramayugam, directed by Rahul Sadasivan. The gifted actor is preparing for an exceptional start to 2024.
Mammootty is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in the South Indian film industry right now. Over the last few years, the actor has been constantly pushing the boundaries, bringing experimental but high-quality films to the audience. The actor ruled the 2023 box office with three blockbuster films and is all set to for 2024 box office.
It was announced in August of last year that Mammootty would collaborate with director Rahul Sadasivan on a horror film titled Bramayugam. Since then, there have been several updates about the film, and in the most recent one, the Yatra actor took to social media to reveal that the film will be released on February 15th.
Since the film’s announcement, there has been a lot of hype surrounding it. It is expected that the film will focus on black magic and related arts in an ancestral home in a fictional village. Furthermore, the film’s producers have released character posters as well as a teaser for the film, adding to the already high level of anticipation. It is also understood that Mammootty will play a Zamindar in the film, with a grayish complexion.
