Los Angeles is hosting the 66th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday (Monday in India). After nearly two decades in the business, Cyrus emphasized the significance of her first Grammy awards. The event began with the singer accepting her trophy from Mariah Carey for best pop solo performance of her song Flowers.
Meanwhile, Cyrus had an impromptu shout-out to make during Sunday night’s 2024 Grammys performance. She yelled, “I just won my first Grammy!” while singing Flowers at the awards. The singer had just ascended the stage moments before accepting her first-ever Grammy for best pop solo performance.
The “Flowers” singer dressed in a see-through gold mesh dress by Maison Margiela with her brown hair curled up. She posed solo and accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
