Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently working on an action drama Custody. Various updates from the film caught everyone’s attention. This film marks his maiden collaboration with filmmaker Venkat Prabhu.
The film will see Naga Chaitanya play a police constable. Custody will also be simultaneously released in Tamil, marking Chaitu’s first bilingual release. Doubling the expectations, today on the occasion of the new year, the makers of Custody released a glimpse.
The 27 seconds glimpse begins with a series of shots and an arresting background score by Yuvan Shankar Raja. After a series of car blasts, Naga Chaitanya is introduced in a full-on action avatar, delivering one punch after the other and fighting out the baddies.
This action drama is bankrolled by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner. Yuvan Shankar Raja is rendering the tune for the film, which will hit the silver screens on May 12, 2023. Krithi Shetty is playing the female lead and the film also has Sampath Raj, Vennela Kishore, Arvind Swami, Priyamani, Sharat Kumar, Premgi Amaren, and Premi Vishwanath in supporting roles.
