Young hero Naga Shaurya is reeling in flops and does not have a good movie after Chalo. Since 2018, i.e., Chalo’s release, he starred in 6 films, all ending up as flops or average flicks. Kanam, Ammammagarillu, Nartanasala, Oh Baby, Aswatham, Varudu Kavalenu, and Lakshya were the movies. Among these, Oh Baby was a hit, yet it doesn’t fall into his account as it was primarily Samantha’s film. Besides being part of that film, not many brighter spots can be seen in his career. There was a lot of hype for Lakshya, but the film could not justify the hype and fell flat.
Although his career was moving slow, NS was on a movie signing spree. Right now, the young star has four movies lined up in his bag. Krishna Vrinda Vihari, Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Police Vari Hecharika are those movies. Other than these, Shaurya has started another untitled film in the direction of debutant Pawan Basamsetti. Sudhakar Cherukuri will be bankrolling the project under the banner Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas banner. The film’s shoot was launched in Hyderabad on 23rd August with the Muhurtam ceremony. Senior director K Raghavendra Rao and Nani’s Dasara fame Srikanth Odella have graced the occasion. Yuki Thareja is the female lead. The regular shoot will commence once the strike of the producers guild ends. On the other hand, Shaurya’s Krishna Vrinda Vihari’s team have completed the shoot already and is waiting for the release. The plot point is similar to Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki, in which the protagonist will have a physical problem, and the plot will revolve around his efforts to cover that problem.
