Ram Charan and Jr Ntr have hit the peaks of their respective careers with SS Rajamouli’s RRR movie. The fans of both the heroes enjoyed 2022 post the film’s release looking at the applauds their stars were getting from all corners around the globe. But, it seems like all that happiness is a prelude to the disappointment the fans are going to get for 2023. Both Charan and Tarak will be leaving next year dry for their fans as no movie of them will be released throughout. While Ntr is yet to start any shooting, Charan’s RC15 is facing obstacles. Let’s delve into the deets.
Firstly, it is already known news that Cherry is making RC15 with director Shankar Shanmugam. Once Kamal’s Vikram was successful and producers of Indian-2 are ready to resume the shoot, Shankar immediately shifted his concentration to that film which left RC15 going nowhere. Producer Dil Raju is said to be frustrated regarding this as well, as the project had already incurred huge costs for him. Raju generally doesn’t delay his films which have already their shoot started. But as it is Shankar, he is said to be helpless. If the sources are to be believed, RC 15 will be completed only by the end of next year, which possibly makes the release date 2024 Pongal. As Charan is still hearing stories from other directors, one can assume that there won’t be a movie released from him throughout 2023 unless Shankar comes back on his project and finishes it soon.
On the other hand, Ntr, who is very apprehensive about making movies with flop directors, is in a soup as he didn’t expect Acharya will be a flop while signing a movie with Koratala Siva. As a result, Tarak is said to be in panic mode and suggests a lot of corrections to Koratala in the script. Tentatively titled NTR30, the film is yet to start filming, and going by the looks of it, it might take a few more months for the project to get on track. As a result, it is highly unlikely to see a Tarak movie in the next year. It is possible only if someone like Puri Jagannadh directs Ntr and releases the movie within 6 months of the shoot commencing date. For now, one can clearly assume that both Ntr and Charan will stay put for 2023.
