Kollywood ace Director ManiRatnam’s dream project Ponniyin Selvan created a sensation in Kollywood. Made as a Pan-India film, the film was released in all the languages and collected almost Rs 500 crores worldwide.
With the expectations created by part 1, the fans are eagerly waiting for Ponniyin Selvan Part 2. However, though part 1 landed into OTT, yet any announcement on Part 2 was not made by the team.
But the latest buzz is that as the second part also almost completed the shooting, the movie team is planning to have a part 2 grand release in the first half of next year.
As per the trusted reports, the film may release on April 28, 2023. It is also heard that the film team will announce this officially soon.
