Rajamouli Says Brahmastra Film Is Not A Fairy Tale

After Laal Singh Chaddha and Liger, The next Pan-India biggie that is gearing up for its release in India is Brahmastra: Part One. Made with high-budget and directed by Ayan Mukherjee, this fantasy drama features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. The major thing is that Bollywood pinned all its hopes on this film as all the recent Pan-India films that came from Bollywood stood as disasters.

Marking the same, the movie makers are promoting the film in Tollywood also in a rigorous way. Hence the Maverick director SS Rajamouli is presenting the film in South Indian languages.

Speaking about the movie at a recent promotional event, the ace director Rajamouli made some interesting comments about the film. He stated that creating the world of Brahmastra is not easy and he appreciates Ayan’s efforts for making it.

He said that Brahmastra is not a fairy tale but a commercial way of storytelling. He further added that the film proves that love is greater than all the astras in the world. “Ayan didn’t convey this fact in dialogues but showed it with his way of storytelling”, Rajamouli concluded.

Bankrolled by Karan Johar, Brahmastra features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in the other key roles. This film is slated to release on Sep 9 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
