The makers of “Mr. Bachchan” took to social media to reveal the film’s release date. Alongside a new poster featuring Ravi Teja, they announced, “Waqt pe pahuchneka apna purana aadat hai…#MrBachchan GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON AUGUST 15th. Special premieres all over on August 14th. Get ready for MASSive entertainment on the big screens.” This strategic release date aligns with the Independence Day celebrations, promising a memorable cinematic experience.

Competing Releases on Independence Day

Initially, “Pushpa 2” was scheduled for the same date, but the makers have since announced a new release date for the Allu Arjun starrer, easing the competition.
Ravi Teja’s Previous Film: “Eagle”
Before “Mr. Bachchan,” Ravi Teja starred in “Eagle,” which hit theaters on February 9. Originally slated for a January 13 release during the Sankranthi weekend, the film’s release was strategically postponed to secure a solo release date, as promised by the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. Despite being the only Telugu film released on February 9, “Eagle” delivered an average performance at the box office. It is currently available for streaming on ETV Win.
