Salaar starring Prabhas, Shruthi Hasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and other popular artists are reported to have created some buzz recently. The film is being directed by Prashant Neel, while Hombale Films will be funding the film. Prabhas is reported to play a dual role in this action-thriller.
Recently, it is reported that the team of Salaar has been shooting in Matera since mid- March and Matera is reported to be a spectacular place where many hit international films were shot namely No Time to Die starring Rami Maleik, Lashana Lynch, and Daniel Craig. The Salaar team will be in Naples for the shoot soon. It is reported that the team will be shooting at central Piazza Del Plebiscioto square at the southern port in Naples. The shoot in this location is most probably believed to commence at night.
Apart from Matera and Naples, the shoot is reported to commence in Rome and Budapest. The film is set to hit the theatres on 28th September this year.
